You will need your SIM number, activation code, IMEI number and your driving license or SSN.

Click on the blue color “Next” button in the middle of the titled “Is this your first family mobile phone” column.

If you have previous registration you can login your account with phone number and password to add your new phone.

In the next steps you will see what is the quantity that’s you want to activate your phone. There are 1-5 option, so tick on the phone quantity and click on the bottom side “Next” button.

You will see their package benefits and your phone choosing option in the next steps. There are various type phone plans such as primary plan for $45. It’s has great features such as you will get unlimited minutes and text message.

After choosing your phone plan and phone enter your name, SIM number, Activation code, IMEI number in the required field and tick on the get a new phone number. If you want to transfer your previous phone number please choose it and press next button.

Put your billing address related information in nest steps. After putting all information you will see modifying steps, where you modify your account. If no need modify please confirm it to complete activation process.

Online Login Process:

After activating your phone you will need password to login your online account. But you can’t create your password online. You may send a request online to create your password manually. Visit my family mobile website and put your mobile phone number and click send me a password button. After sending request you will received your password via text message. If you received your password you can the password to login your account and after time login you can create your own password.

Bill Check;

When you logged in your account you will see your current balance on your account home page. There are manually checking systems, to checking dial #BAL# (#225#) from your phone.

Bill pay;

You may set up auto pay option to payment your bill online. You may also pay your bill by phone, AutoPay, payment in store. To phone pay call at 1-877-440-9758 or dial 611 from your mobile phone and flow their instruction.
